The Municipal Committee Chairman of Dooru in Kashmir’s Anantnag district expressed gratitude for being appreciated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi in his month-to-month radio programme, “Mann ki Baat”.

Municipal Committee Chairman, Mohammed Iqbal Ahanger stated that it was a joyous day for him. Talking to ANI, Ahanger stated, “It was completely sudden that Prime Minister Modi would point out about our district and the contribution of my crew. I’m grateful to him for appreciating my work of sanitization and fumigation.”

Ahanger prolonged his gratitude in the direction of his crew as properly. He additional stated, “I’m additionally grateful to my crew for acknowledging my management and serving to me with their efforts to carry out the very best. I’m glad that they adopted the lead of their captain.”

Within the current version of “Mann ki Baat”, Prime Minister Modi appreciated the strenuous efforts of the municipal committee of Anantnag district by sanitisation and fumigation of containment zones and COVID care centres.
